Are Relic watches actually made by Fossil?

Question by asimenia: Are Relic watches actually made by Fossil?
I saw a watch I liked it's a Relic and apparantly made by Fossil - although all Fossil watches I've seen have the Fossil name across the top of the face. Is Relic a spin off company?
